Our primary purpose is to develop, support and conduct high-impact theoretical and applied research on spatial economics, econometrics and spatial statistics, and their applications to various disciplines within the social sciences and beyond.
The Centre brings together academic staff from Heriot-Watt University, as well as leading researchers and practitioners from various institutions in the UK and internationally.
